When they passed through Chicago, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work with them. They treated us to a first. The suite is inspired by different bodies of water, each of which carrying significant meaning for Clausen. The music is stunning, and what is just as striking is the chemistry of the group. They’ve been together for more than a decade, and you can tell. Each player feeds into one another like so many tributaries into a river (sorry, couldn’t help myself).
